Rapid7 is looking for an exceptional leader to join us as Sr. Manager of Go-to-Customer Business Planning and Operations. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Planning and Operations, you are an operations focused, analytical and insight driven individual who will have a demonstrated track record of supporting company growth acceleration and long-term strategic impact.
In this highly visible role, you will work with other Business Operations teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, etc.) and cross functionally across our global Go-to-Customer organization to drive investment decisions through strategic insights, improved business productivity, and monitoring the progression and alignment to our company goals. The Sr. Manager, GTC Business Planning and Operations will drive operational business planning efforts through a focus on insights and analytics to activate and accelerate growth while maximizing customer success and retention.

Support annual operational planning and performance management of the Go-to-Customer teams, including assessments of global sales and channel coverage and optimization models, productivity and pipeline goals, and retention models
Develop advanced and holistic visibility into Business and Product Practices Areas while monitoring progress and building ongoing strategic insights into operational effectiveness and opportunities for increased efficiency and greater market impact
Monitor annual and forward Business goals and objectives while driving connectivity and alignment into the progression and attainment towards Multi-Year Priorities
Partner with the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across Rapid7 on the headcount, capacity planning and resource management process and investment prioritization, allocation, and distribution across the Go-to-Customer teams
Establish and build operational frameworks and associated dashboards and scorecards that measure objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for investments and areas of focus
Build complex operational models, incorporating company and financial data, to support leadership investments and growth decisions, while unlocking business insights and initiatives to improve the overall health of the business
Support new and ongoing growth opportunities and business transformation initiatives to maximize customer and market impacts
Lead ad-hoc operational and strategic projects as needed
Undergraduate in Business, Finance or related field required; MS/MBA a plus
7+ years of experience in business operations, revenue strategy, and/or finance preferably in a high technology industry required
Impact-oriented with a demonstrated record of driving impact to top line growth and leverage
Superior quantitative and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to build complex analytical models while simplifying messaging
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to drive impact through influence and collaboration across multiple functions and levels of an organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including establishing credibility, trust, and building influential relationships with partners in the business
Quick learner who is naturally curious and thrives in the face of the unexpected, ambiguity and change
