Jobcase is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead the next stage of execution and scaled growth of our strategic media programs. The ideal team member is passionate about Jobcase's mission to empower hourly workers, committed to unlocking value for publishers and users alike, and has deep domain knowledge and hands-on expertise in launching and scaling strategic partnerships in digital advertising. We need a data-driven, cross-functional leader who can liaise effectively between technical and sales teams, while balancing big-picture concerns with day-to-day execution. What you'll be doing here

  • Own the success of your partners: ensure mutual accountability and communication flow, guiding partner and Jobcase teams to deliver on co-registration program goals
  • Deliver 2-way advocacy and visibility: Build trust and leverage as the primary business lead navigating between your partners and key Jobcase stakeholders
  • Grow and own your business: Understand growth paths and how to scale media programs, know the revenue forecasting function for your business unit and how it interacts with other areas of Jobcase, participate in ongoing data analysis, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams
  • Be the expert on your partners: know their metrics, their tech stacks, monetization models, their strategy in context of the partnership, and their competitive landscapes 
  • Manage ongoing C-suite relationships: define partner success requirements, discover and deliver growth via new revenue streams, analyze and communicate important partner performance metrics and business trends
  • Monitor, influence and enforce audit requirements and contractual compliance with partners

About you and your skills:

  • A deep understanding of performance marketing, digital advertising ecosystems and technology. You know what publishers want and how to deliver against their goals
  • An established network to source, nurture and win new partner deals quickly, including contract negotiation
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills, and a high degree of comfort navigating organizations and developing new relationships at all seniority levels
  • Led teams cross-functionally to execute in complex, fast-paced, and highly iterative environments
