As the leader of Sales Enablement & Systems, you will be responsible for developing the tools and processes used by our marketing and sales team to ensure every customer touch engages the right action. The team includes operational responsibilities to manage the sales engagement lifecycle for our Hotels Business across Hotel Solutions, Display Advertising & Meta Auction revenue streams.

Sales Enablement & Tools is a strategic and dynamic team that equips our customer-facing employees with the right tools and processes to consistently and systematically have valuable conversations with our customer stakeholders at each stage of the selling life cycle. The team includes functions:

  • Sales Tools & Systems – implement & manage sales tools supporting revenue generating activities including: Customer Engagement, Account Planning, Product Launches, Negotiating to Value, and leveraging Insights and Analytics
  • Product Sales Go-to-Market/Readiness – enabling our sales teams for new products and enhancing our tools and process to upsell and cross-sell
  • Sales tools support – support teams to enable sales with complex deals and help with tools or process issues
  • We are seeking a solutions-focused leader recognized for developing customer-centric strategies and translating into clearly defined initiatives to increase sales effectiveness and productivity. They must be adept at managing in a matrix environment and building relationships with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.

    You’ll get experience of building strategic partnerships with other key stakeholders (sales operations, marketing, sales, finance and product functions) to capture business requirements, plan product features and evaluate product and sales performance along key KPIs. 

    What You'll Do:

    Simply put, you’ll be responsible for creating leading processes, tools and support operations that engage our sales teams and compel them to transact with us more often.

    Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:

  • Execute your own communications – socializing your scope, goals, objectives and results widely across the organization
  • Own and execute overall product strategy for your area, creating impactful roadmaps to address real customer and business opportunities
  • Lead and manage a team focused on sales enablement programs and tool strategy, creation, roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Gather feedback from sales leadership/teams on a regular basis to constantly improve sales support programs.
  • Drive continuous innovation in sales enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales and service field teams.
  • Oversees daily activity reports and reporting trends and makes recommendations as needed on changes to reports, tactics, and current strategy.
  • What We Need from You:

  • Manage and oversee development within the Salesforce CRM, as well as ensure data integrity
  • Manage on sales systems including CRM, Ad Serving, pricing, lead generation tools, content tools and others
  • Analyze potential new investments in technology and leading practices
  • Create process efficiencies in sales to enable us to continue to scale and grow
  • Work with sales leadership to establish strategic plans and objectives
  • Design onboarding and development programs
  • Provide leading sales processes, systems and other support needed for lead generation, sales and solution selling focused on a scaled Inside Sales Team selling B2B products.
  • Oversee and coordinate with marketing to provide sales support efforts including customization of proposals, contracts & tailored sales materials, ensuring internal SLAs are met
  • The Skills You Should Have

    • Minimum 10 years Sales Operations & Enablement experience, preferably in technology, with at least 5 years of leadership/management experience and growing a Sales Operations team
    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    • Advanced Knowledge of Salesforce CRM – Admin certified a plus
    • Flexibility and desire to seek out improved approaches and processes
    • Accountability as well as prioritization skills
    • Collaborative mindset with willingness to share information and foster teamwork
    • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation applications
    • Strong communication & project management skills
    • Lead by Example mentality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
