As an Account Manager at Notarize, you’ll be entrusted with building strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You’ll have a dedicated book of business as you strive to unlock value for our customers, ]driving revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. On any given day, you might partner with the legal, product, or marketing teams with the ultimate goal of growing Notarize’s business by continually improving the customer experience.

What you’ll do as an Account Manager at Notarize:

  • Build strong relationships with decision makers within a wide variety of account types, becoming a trusted business partner
  • Maximize revenue with current customers by identifying needs and customer pain points, selling additional/relevant products and services, and expanding existing packages
  • Proactively manage customer renewals while identifying upsell opportunities
  • Identify areas of opportunity and/or concern based on usage patterns, data inputs, and response time
  • Leverage Salesforce to track sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve customer issues and share feedback for product improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute programs and deliver exceptional service

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, experience working with SMB or title agencies a plus 
  • Proven track record of success in sustaining and growing customer relationships as well as identifying and closing upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality and a desire to win
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
