Who Are We

Cybereason gives organizations the upper hand by taking an entirely new approach to cybersecurity with AI Hunting, the first AI-powered technology that answers the question “Am I under attack?” proactively, without manual effort.

We are a company that wins as one. We are daring, always evolving, and never give up. Most importantly we accept our employees for who they are and embrace people that may not fit the typical mold #UBU.

Are you a creative problem solver? Eager to leave a lasting impact on one of Forbes’ Next Billion-Dollar Startups? Cybereason is looking for a talented Salesforce practitioner to join our fast-growing startup in Boston. In this role, you’ll serve as a system administrator for our Salesforce.com environment with 500+ users across the globe. This is a high impact role that will afford you the ability to shape our systems and processes for long term sustainability while working with a small agile team.

What You'll Do

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
  • Implement and manage 3rd party applications that integrate with Salesforce.com
  • Work in conjunction with business stakeholders to define CRM requirements and bring those requirements to life by aligning operational needs to Salesforce.com ‘best practices’
  • Find incremental ‘wins’ that build towards scalable and fully automated solutions
  • Act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com adoption across the organization
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Maintain and improve on business-critical workflows across the Lead to Cash Lifecycle including but not limited to:
  • Lead & Account Assignments, Territory Management, Products & Price Books, CPQ, Partner Portal, Reports & Dashboards, Data integrity, and streamlining the day to day experience of our end users
  • Coordinate implementation efforts with teammates on the Business Applications team, including working with our inhouse Salesforce.com Developer

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
  • Certified Salesforce.com System Administrator
  • Comfortable working across the SFDC ecosystem of cloud offerings: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Partner Communities
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams and working with them to solve their challenges
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, flows, process builder, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
  • Expertise with the Data Loader or equivalent data manipulation platform
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, ability to run VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
  • Experience with troubleshooting CPQ
  • Expert in both Salesforce.com Classic and Lightning interfaces
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Prior experience working with the Zendesk-to-Salesforce integration (preferred)
