About the Role:

The Intrepid sales team is seeking a highly motivated aspiring salesperson to learn Accenture’s internal sales processes and guide our opportunities through them. The Sales Support Associate will liaise between our sales team and other teams within Accenture. A general business understanding, ambitious “what can I take on?” attitude, and ability to develop relationships with a number of cross functional teams will be needed to perform well in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary support for our sales team in all aspects of Accenture’s sales process
• UpdateCRM data in SalesForce and coordinating with the Accenture sales operations support team
• Request approvals from the relevant stakeholders when neededPricing opportunities using the sales team’s staffing plans
• Assist sales team with filling in contract templates and/or coordinating with Legal for contract review and approval as needed
• Coordinate with other teams at Intrepid to keep the right people informed on the pipeline
• Assist with pulling together proposal content and help create a repository of reusable content for proposals
• Maintain dashboards for key performance metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, BA in Business Administration or similar preferred
• At least 1 year of work experience

• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities with the ability to confidently and appropriately communicate with senior leadership
