Job Overview:

Toast is looking for a Labor Product Consultant to play an integral role in our rapidly growing Toast Restaurant Employee suite. Our restaurant customers are constantly challenged in managing and engaging their employee base effectively. Our product suite provides our customers a single integrated solution to manage their employee’s entire lifecycle. You will be the “go-to” product expert for Sales Executives, working in tandem with them in engaging and selling Toast prospects on any issues/questions pertaining to the product. If you understand the importance of employees, like becoming a product expert, and are able to communicate clearly and persuasively, come join us!

What you will do:

  • Become a subject matter expert regarding Toast’s restaurant employee management product and competitive value proposition
  • Act as consultant to prospective Toast customers in support of our Sales Executives
  • Provide detailed demonstrations and webinars of the product suite features and workflows
  • Manage and improve upon all operational processes that touch Toast employee product suite
  • Support and partner with Sales Enablement on employee management education initiatives

Do you have the right ingredients?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an sales, technical enablement or product role
  • Experience in a customer facing capacity
  • Technical aptitude in understand and translating
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise delivery
  • Collaborates well with multiple stakeholder to achieve results
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high growth, fast-paced environment
