A Sales Support Analyst supports the operational management of our incredible Sales organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to tackle cases from our Sales Representatives and own projects aimed at improving internal efficiency and team productivity.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Partner with our amazing Sales team and manage support cases submitted by reps & managers
  • Own long-term projects aimed at improving internal processes and sales rep productivity
  • Train our sales reps & enable them to be more effective in their product knowledge
  • Build a strong internal network of resources that can help drive effective change

We are looking for people who:

  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team
  • Adapt quickly to evolving needs
  • Enjoy creative problem solving
  • Have an incredible attention to detail

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Salesforce

Required Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree
