Sales Support Administrator
Bevi is a Series C startup that has raised over $60 million to bring customizable, healthy hydration to offices and facilities across the US and Canada. Founded in 2013, our co-founders set out to out-design bottled water. Within five years time, Bevi has saved the waste generated by over 50 million plastic bottles and seen revenue grow by 10x over the past 2 years! With offices now in Boston, New York, and San Francisco, we continue to grow our healthy flavor offerings and constantly strive to bring the next level of customization to the Bevi hydration experience.
We are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to be part of our national channel sales team. This role provides key administrative support to our external channel partners and internal sales team, and reports directly to the Director of Channel Sales.
What you will do:
- Maintain consistent communication with channel partners, sharing product updates, sales and operational best practices, and other relevant best practices.
- Ensure the company is meeting commitments to channel partners, and that we are quickly and efficiently processing orders.
- Keep track of our channel partners’ performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements, so that Bevi’s machines are properly maintained and Bevi’s brand is properly reflected across all channels.
- Implement and manage tools to minimize channel conflict, e.g. a lead registration system.
- Lead administrative process for new partner on-boarding and training.
- Organize Quarterly Business Reviews for our largest channel partners.
- Train channel partners in person, over the phone, and via webinars on how to effectively market, sell, and service Bevi products. Represent Bevi at the tradeshows and events that our channel partners attend.
- Position may entail up to 40% travel.

Requirements
We think you will bring:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with at least some experience involving channel partners / distributors / VARs.
- A track record of building productive long-term relationships, especially when incentives among partners don’t always align.
- Ability to give engaging, persuasive, and confident presentations.
- Experience managing and/or implementing lead registration systems, e.g. via the Salesforce Partner Community or a similar solution.
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate well with others, and proactively consult all key stakeholders before embarking on a project.
- Start-up experience is a plus.
- High energy and eagerness to contribute.
- Passion for Bevi’s environmental mission.
