We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Sales Strategy & Operations team. We are looking for an analytical and curious candidate to help optimize sales and operational efficiency through data-driven insights, process improvement and system enhancements. This is a high-impact role that will work closely with sales leadership and partner with key functions including business operations, marketing, finance, and HR.

What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain sales analytics that provide actionable insights in support of data-driven decision-making by leadership.
- Identify opportunities for sales systems and process improvements; manage implementation programs and end-user adoption.
- Serve as the sales team steward for Salesforce, including developing reporting, owning problem solving on data integrity and gaps, and acting as the primary interface with the centralized systems administration team.
- Partner with Sales and Finance leadership to manage sales performance planning, capacity modeling, territory and quota design on annual and quarterly cycles.
- Lead project management of critical sales team and cross-functional initiatives with business operations, analytics, HR and finance.
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years of strong analytical and problem solving experience working in a finance, operations, consulting or business analyst role (experience at a SaaS company is a plus)
- Proficiency with Salesforce. Experience with business intelligence tools like Domo/Tableau/Looker (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects in a cross-functional setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
