The goal of the Sales Order team is to provide excellent customer service and process orders efficiently and accurately. Order processing is fundamental to our success as a company, and the Sales Order team plays a crucial role in Markforged’s success. We are a team of problem-solvers, where all challenges are met with enthusiasm and open minds.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and be a team player.

In this role you will:

• Provide support and assistance to the Markforged Sales Team
• Check data accuracy on all orders and invoices
• Contact partners to obtain missing information on orders
• Serve as a primary liaison with operations team to ensure timely deliveries
• Work with sales team to prioritize, triaged orders and maintain printer priority list and deadlines
• Handle shipping inquiries
• Resolve booking issues with Operations and Finance
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Communicate between sales, partners, and finance for refunds, credits, etc.
• Onboard new resellers to our systems
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features

What we look for:

• 1+ years experience, minimum, as an Order Admin/Data Entry Admin, or Customer Service Representative
• Team player that works collaboratively with others
• Acute attention to detail
• Roll-up your sleeves attitude
• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• Familiarity with Woo commerce a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• College degree preferred
