About the Role:

The relationships we build with schools and districts are at the core of our work at Panorama. Every day, our sales team has dozens of conversations with schools and districts about their goals, and our work, and how we might partner to help them get the information they need to help their schools. We are seeking a sales operations manager to be the engine behind this team and Panorama’s growth across the country. You’ll work to improve Panorama’s systems and processes using SaaS tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot. As we think about the best way to reach and communicate with prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in making sure we are successful as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects and ensure smooth rollout across teams
  • Assist with Salesforce administration and project prioritization; manage our metrics and analyze trends
  • Manage various SaaS tools used by the team including Outreach.io, InsightSquared, and HubSpot and improve efficiency and adoption
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent
  • Create collateral including proposals, presentations, and other materials to set up sales team for success
  • Support the team with contracts and compliance
  • Analyze data to support broader sales strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent systems and processes company-wide
  • Lead meetings for various teams and projects
  • Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
  • Support the submission process for RFPs; coordinate and project-manage completion of materials

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in a sales ops, business ops, or similar role
  • Proficiency or expertise in using Salesforce
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to identify key business insights through data analysis
  • Experience or interest in learning how to create new strategies, processes and structures
  • Detail oriented; comfortable keeping records in online systems and managing other people to deadlines
  • Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at the “headline” and detailed level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in sales, K-12 education, or both is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for helping to improve schools
  • Proficiency in Yesware, InsightSquared, Outreach.io, or HubSpot preferred
