The goal of the Business Operations team is to build the foundation of our internal systems and processes, scale these systems, and improve efficiencies. There is a strong focus on analytical and quantitative thinking. The business operations team blends high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to propel the company to grow and scale well. We are a team of problem-solvers, where all challenges are met with enthusiasm and open minds.

You will:

  • Verify Salesforce data as system of truth: Ensure data accuracy on opportunities, orders, and invoices; Perform monthly revenue and account audits
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and work with Sales Operations team to improve processes
  • Provide support and assistance to the Markforged Sales Team
  • Build Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for Sales Team
  • Work with sales team to prioritize triaged orders and maintain printer priority list and deadlines
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, troubleshooting, and escalations
  • Additional projects as needed
