  • A Start-Up Mentality: Work collaboratively on a small team in a high growth environment. Experience wearing different hats and rotating through additional responsibilities outside of your day-to-day responsibilities. Showcase strong initiative and self-motivation; effectively juggle multiple priorities while retaining a sense of urgency.
  • Conceptual Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to ask questions and navigate ambiguity. Articulate the impact of a problem and the tradeoffs of possible solutions, and provide input on which path to choose.
  • Business Acumen and Domain Knowledge: understanding of business drivers and ability to ask good questions. Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: project / process management, operations, business analysis, or sales.
  • Demonstrated Skill Acquisition: record of ability and drive to acquire and integrate new skills into day-to-day workflow. Highly coachable, and willing to learn.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills.  Ability to identify when to speak technically for stakeholders, and when to translate to simplest terms for maximum effect.
