What You’ll Do
As Stavvy’s first Sales Operations Administrator, you will be an integral part of the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will own and maintain our CRM by organizing, cleaning and updating data. You will partner with our go-to-market teams and help them by providing effective tools and processes to better serve the business goals. You will report directly to our Head of Technical Solutions and Operations, and provide the company with knowledge and best practices for all things involving our CRM.
In this role you will:
- Take full ownership over the CRM (maintenance, cleaning, updating)
- Partner with business stakeholders and make any requested changes and needs will be met in a timely manner
- Receive requests for modifications and changes to the existing CRM process
- Identify business gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency
- Implement changes and adapt the process to suit the business’ needs
- Integrate new business systems into the CRM and ensure data flows smoothly
- Generate, build, and deliver reports built in the CRM systems
- Meeting with internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM and business systems are fitting their needs.
Our office is also currently located in Newton, MA with an anticipated move date to Boston this coming December. We currently have limited capacity in-office due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are currently accepting candidates who live near or are looking to move within the commutable vicinity of Boston, MA. This job will start remote but be expected to be in office when the new location opens to foster collaboration with team members and fellow Stavviators.
