Sales Operations Analyst
Here at Hometap, we’re collaborative, passionate, and always ready to roll up our sleeves to create solutions that help people get more out of homeownership — and out of life. Our first product, a home equity investment, gives homeowners the opportunity to quickly access the equity they’ve built in their home to pay for what’s most important to them, from handling debt to finally making much-needed renovations, without taking on debt.
We work hard, and have some fun along the way, too. You don’t have to take our word for it: The Boston Globe and Comparably have recognized us as a great place to work, and we’ve been honored for our commitment to innovation in the fintech space by BostInno, HousingWire, and more!
In case you need any more convincing, we also provide competitive compensation, healthcare coverage, unlimited PTO, a generous share package, and a strong culture with plenty of opportunities for team-building and camaraderie.
Interested in joining us on our mission to make homeownership less stressful and more accessible? We’d love to talk.
Who You Are
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Operations Analyst to assist with our ambitious growth plans. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll use your passion for technology and analysis to assist with the administration of our sales technology stack and support the development and optimization of new and existing sales programs. - Work with our sales reps on a daily basis to understand their needs and determine the best way to deliver solutions that meet their requirements
- Act as a resource for new sales hires as they are onboarded
- Help with ad hoc sales requests (reporting, system questions, etc)
- Maintain and analyze key reports and dashboards related to sales efficiency and effectiveness; ensuring relevant stakeholders have the necessary access to manage their business successfully
- Effectively communicate learnings from analyses to provide recommendations cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding our targets
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a sales operations or similar role
- Hands on experience with implementing or administering Salesforce and other sales technology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- A curious, hands-on, and hard-working mentality
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
- Intermediate to advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced visualizations)
Bonus Points:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience working for a startup and/or consumer finance company
