CA Veracode is looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations Team. This job is focused on providing sales operational and deals desk support for our Channel Partner Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages and updates channel partner price book.
  • Manages all channel partner deal registrations to ensure consistent, high quality data accuracy.
  • Assists with channel partner compensation administration and issue resolution tied to registered deals.
  • Facilitates appropriate operational set up/implementation of new channel partners.
  • Track channel partner progress against Veracode Partner program and provide feedback to Channel partner team.
  • Analyzes, reports out and makes recommendations on channel partner deals via detailed deal inspection.
  • Reviews all expired contract subscriptions and works with channel team to develop appropriate plans to renew and expand.
  • Review existing partner contracts and work to update the expired or out of date contracts.
  • Develops regional channel partner business reports that summarize key performance metrics, progress, issues and opportunities
  • Develops and manages reporting around special projects or channel initiatives.
  • Provides sales operational and deals desk support to Channel Partner Team on all indirect deals, including MSP.
    • Manages the I.E.L. and other special case MSP relationships from start to finish.
    • Managing reporting and invoicing of on-demand partner programs
  • Participates in Channel Partner Team QBR’s and other key business meetings.
  • Alignment with greater Sales Operations initiatives to represent and message needs of the channel.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5-7 years overall business experience. Familiarity and experience with channel partners is highly desired but not necessary.
  • Strong financial aptitude including financial analyses. Excel proficiency.
  • Project management expertise/experience.
  • Highly adept at cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Report writing profiency.
  • Solid data analyses capability.
  • Comfortable in working in a Sales environment. Some sales experience desirable.
  • Understanding of how sales models & sales processes work.
  • 1-2 years’ experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool.
  • Detail and quality oriented.
  • Exceptional, polished communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Energetic, strong work ethic, highly responsive, personable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree                                                                                                                             

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 1-2 years Sales Operations Experience.
  • Channel partner experience.
  • Familiarity with CPQ or similar quoting tools.
  • Understanding of SaaS business model.
  • High tech industry experience; ideally working for a software company or SaaS provider.
