Interactions is looking for a Sales Operation Analyst that is certified in Salesforce who will be responsible for supporting our needs as it relates to Salesforce.com and integrated tools. This role will be part of the Revenue Operations team which supports Interactions' revenue growth through reliable data and process improvements.

Job Description:

  • Ownership of the Salesforce.com instance included using the technology to support our sales process
  • Ability to internalize and streamline our business processes to analyze our data
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand their unique needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements
  • Create and manage custom field / objects, complex workflow rules, record types, data validation, page layouts, triggers, and third-party integrations
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based upon changing needs
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality in order to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Understanding of paired software (Hubspot, Insights, Discovery.org, Engagio, etc.) and how to integrate the tools for maximum efficiency and optimization
  • Contribute to the Sales Operations team through reporting, data analysis and process improvement

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is required
  • 5-7 years of professional experience, at least 2-3 as a SFDC Admin
  • Extremely process oriented
  • Experience with designing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs
  • In-depth functional understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce
  • Proficient in Google Apps, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Clear communicator who is energized by working cross functionally
  • Critical thinker, active listener, and have the ability to see the big picture when approached with requests
  • Have attention to detail throughout an entire process
  • Wants to remove blockers for the sales team, and has a “how can I help?” attitude
  • Have a bias to action and are organized in your approach to get things done
  • Excited to learn and pick up new information like a sponge
  • Results-driven professional with self-confidence, perseverance, a strong sense of urgency
  • You work well with others and have a strong emotional IQ. You know how to influence people who do not work for you, and know when to push and not push

  • Other revenue operations, project management or finance experience a plus
  • Hubspot certification is a plus
  • InsightSquared experience is a plus
  • Discover.org is a plus
  • Engagio experience is a plus
