What will you do?
- Build, scale & lead the sales team focusing on development, coaching, & training
- Optimize sales processes, on both an inbound and outbound basis
- Hire, recruit on-board and develop sales talent
- Drive revenue growth to both existing and new clients
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with sales enablement, marketing, product and technology business leaders to ensure optimal support of sales activity
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Serve as an active member of the Sales Leadership team and build strong, collaborative relationships throughout the Sales, Support, Pre-Sales, and Success organizations
You are:
- Fast runner - Lusha is a low touch high volume sales environment and you must keep up and adapt fast to changes when needed
- Person who get stuff done - you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching and managing Account Executives while helping them reach their targets
- Leading by example - you will have no problem getting sales calls and helping to close deals
- Skilled salesperson - You have proven consultative sales solution skills in a SaaS environment and a proven ability to hit or exceed sales quota
- Team player - talking about team Lusha- you will have to constantly work closely with other departments in the company such as product of customer success.
- Analytical - In Lusha we measure everything. You will need to work closely with Sales Operations & analyze data to improve sales conversions.
Requirements
What would you bring to the table?
- 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
- Track record of consistent over-achievement in past sales roles
- Positive and passionate attitude
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
- The desire to disrupt a monopoly market and comfort being in a startup/disruptor position
- Ability to build repeatable sales processes and analyze gaps
- Highly analytical approach to problem solving
