Customer Advocacy Team Lead - Solutions (Sales)
Customer Advocacy, the LogicManager name for Account Executive, is all about collaborating with customers to help solve their challenges. Your role is to clarify customer needs and priorities, offer product demonstrations and champion the customer’s business case to help them solve problems with LogicManager solutions to drive revenue goals.
LogicManger seeks an experienced sales lead to mentor and grow a scalable solutions program. As a Customer Advocate, you work with risk executives and use your strategic and consultative approach to help organizations expand their risk management programs. LogicManager serves essential industries in all aspects of risk management in various stages of automation and transformation. What you'll be doing on our team
- Engage senior risk executives across vendor management, security & privacy management, regulatory & financial compliance and other governance departments, focusing on companies primarily between 1,000-5,000 employees
- Educate and guide champions through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how LogicManager can help them manage their risk
- Work with existing customer champions to gain referrals to other departments for use of LogicManager's platform
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Coach team members on top down consultative techniques that can engage senior risk executives
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above target level
- Coordinate with marketing on our inbound lead programs to communicate our client’s successes and lessons learned as well as LogicManager’s brand of trustworthiness
- Collaborate with sales operations to establish more efficient and effective internal processes, procedures, tools, etc. for the seamless delivery of education and knowledge to our prospects and clients in their buyers journey
- Gain certifications in our industry-leading solutions areas: enterprise risk management, security & privacy, vendor management, compliance, internal audit, policy management, business continuity and other areas
- Grow your career through active participation in our company culture
About you and what skills you'll need
- 5+ years as an individual contributor in sales or customer success with track record of consultative sales skills
- 2+ years as a manager / coach in the SaaS software industry
- Experience working with business executives of mid to large organizations
- Track record of working with senior level executives and multiple solution offerings is a requirement
- Exposure to risk management or compliance roles (CRO, CISO, Risk Managers, Finance, Audit, Operations, Vendor, Security, etc) a plus
- Exposure to regulated industries (banking, healthcare, insurance, and energy) a plus
- Passion for seeing the world through the eyes of our buyers journey
