Sales Innovation Representative

The Sales Innovation and Growth Representative will proactively supervise the sales execution of certain in-market products to identify key areas of sales process, sales behavior, product go-to-market and product functionality that should be optimized for growth. This person will also efficiently detail findings and communicate to stakeholders or leadership groups to develop improvement plans and ensure performance transparency. The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical skills, thinks strategically, is comfortable leading multiple tasks and projects at a time and has outstanding communication and delegation skills with internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Optimize the reporting framework collaboratively to monitor product sales performance
- Proactively gather sales feedback related to how sales behavior, market dynamics and product features are impacting revenue growth
- Analyze feedback and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Build recommendations and business case to optimize product, marketing and overall go-to-market execution
- Regularly review feedback and data insights with internal teams such as product, engineering, product marketing to build transparency and awareness about product sales performance
- Work directly with sales, sales operations and sales enablement to improve sales strategy related to key products
- Advise on sales and go to market strategy by contributing to the voice of sales and the customer
- Support training curriculum, sales playbook and other resources to scale new products into the sales organization
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in sales or sales adjacent role
- Consistent track record of strategic thinking
- Proficient with Microsoft tools
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
- Outstanding communication and listening ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines successfully
- Ability to think strategically with a strong attention to detail

CarGurus employees in the US can choose to work from home / remotely for the duration of 2021, or participate in a phased return to our beautiful office spaces.
