Sales Enablement Manager

Our Sales Operations team is looking to stand up a dedicated Sales Enablement function responsible for educating, onboarding, and enabling all members of our Enterprise Organization. In doing so, we are looking for our first leader to roll up their sleeves and build out what Sales Enablement means to us. You are a strong communicator who can break down complex ideas into digestible information, have a passion for teaching, and are confident in your ability to prioritize.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and grow a dedicated Sales Enablement team focused on supporting all roles inside the Enterprise Organization
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product, and marketing to develop effective enablement resources and programs supporting each sales vertical (inclusive of onboarding, product/solution training, sales methodology, and tools adoption)
- Build a strong relationship with sales leadership to help identify highest priority needs and skills gaps that need content created for
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of enablement programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales Enablement or relevant field
- High proficiency in Salesforce, specifically reporting/dashboards
- Experience working with Looker or other data visualization tool
- Have worked with Sales Technologies like: SalesLoft, DiscoverOrg, Sales Navigator
- Strong Analytical skills - Ability to break down a problem into primary components; key requirements, timelines, sequences, and implications
- History running or working on a deal desk
