Sales Enablement Manager
LogicManager is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement professional who is passionate about moving the needle at a high-growth SaaS company. We’re focused on improving the performance and productivity of our Sales Team (we call them Customer Advocates) to accelerate our growth, while maintaining quality of engagement, consistency in performance, and target attainment. This role will contribute not only to LogicManager scaling, but also to ensuring our customers are better prepared for tomorrow’s surprises and our employees continue to develop in their careers.
The Sales Enablement Manager will take ownership of designing and implementing a best-in-class Sales Enablement function, from onboarding new hires to coaching experienced reps, including resource and content management as well as continuous learning.

In this role, you’ll get to
- Partner with Sales Leadership to define core competencies, identify gaps for teams to benchmark against, and implement sustainable training programs on key skills
- Partner with Sales Operations to focus on sales process efficiency and effectiveness, identifying and implementing ways to improve key measures in our funnel, including deal cycle length, win rate, ramp time, skill assessments, and more
- Empower sales managers and leadership with intel for effective coaching and mentoring on an individual rep as well as team basis
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the Customer Advocate (Sales) Team, Operations, Marketing, Product, and, Advisory to define, develop and achieve the desired business outcomes
- Manage and optimize our Sales Enablement tools and recommend new ways to gain transparency into the funnel, synthesizing this data, and constantly improve enablement programs
- Facilitate training and workshops on process and skill related topics
- Design a centralized resource system to ensure team members at all levels have the tools they need to be successful
- Proactively identify ongoing enablement needs through surveys, observations, and stakeholder feedback
- Create demo and presentation talk tracks for teams focused on helping our customers solve their challenges
- Stay on top of the latest trends, techniques, and tools in the learning and development space
- Measure the impact of sales enablement efforts and connect them to the business outcomes
About you and the skills you’ll need
- 5+ years of meaningful professional experience, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS; e.g. Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
- Excellent knowledge of sales technologies, processes, best practices, and methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC
- Excellent knowledge of training best practices and experience delivering training through a variety of methods, e.g. virtual, in-person, self-paced
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot CMS proficient
- Experience with Sales Enablement tools such as: HubSpot Sales Hub, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, and/or Seismic Experience with learning management systems and content management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value
- Data-driven and comfortable compiling metrics to inform strategy and measure results Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Self-starter who possess the intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver and gets excited about building something from the ground up
- High adaptably and comfortable with ambiguity, including the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities, quick deadlines, and change
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field
