Sales Enablement Manager

We are moving quickly and need someone who can keep up. Bevi is looking for someone who can manage new, vital sales enablement projects while devoting time to living in the weeds in support of our growing Sales Team. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing nationwide sales team. Based in Boston, this role will report to the Director of Sales Operations and Enablement.
Bevi is a Series C startup that has raised over $60 million to bring customizable, healthy hydration to offices and facilities across the US and Canada. Founded in 2013, our co-founders set out to out-design bottled water. Within five years time, Bevi has saved the waste generated by over 50 million plastic bottles; within the past two years, Bevi has achieved 50x revenue growth! With offices located in Boston, New York, and San Francisco, we continue to grow our healthy flavor offerings and constantly strive to bring the next level of customization to the Bevi hydration experience.
What you will do:
- Serve as vital sales enablement resource for Sales Team
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams to define sales enablement support initiatives
- Act as a sales resource liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as presentations, competitive information fact sheets, and custom work
- Train Sales Team on best use of marketing, sales enablement materials and platform
- Triage and enrich inbound web inquiries, enabling timely and appropriate response
- Respond to online chat inquiries, identifying, prequalifying and distributing valid Sales opportunities,
- Field ad hoc content, reporting and support requests from Sales Team
- Manage box.com sales repository and ensure all information is easily and readily accessible
- Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices
- Gather feedback from Sales Team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs

Requirements
We think you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree; English, business, and marketing majors preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of prior work experience, in a sales or sales support role preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills required
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com CRM highly preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to change
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Just the right amount of OCD
