Sales Enablement Consultant
As a sales enablement specialist, you will be responsible for defining, delivering, and iterating the programs and measures to ramp, upskill and develop our current and future revenue organization and channel partners. You will create a repeatable, predictable, and scalable process for onboarding sales executives, managers, and their continual development as successful business professionals.
This person is creative, agile, and an enthusiastic teammate committed to solving complex enablement challenges for scale. As part of the enablement engine to the revenue organization, this person helps Evolv make a positive impact, delighting customers with business impact while transforming their security operations.
This person uses data to drive insights, and focuses not only on enablement, but continual development, fostering growth mindsets, and refining overall sales effectiveness during the entire customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll be reporting directly to the Director of Enablement, and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Building programs, tools and tech stack for sales enablement and sales effectiveness at the individual, management, and leadership levels throughout the client lifecycle.
- Proactive identification and solutioning for process inefficiencies and inconsistencies, focused on expediting ramp, improving efficiencies, and increasing client business impact
- Creating and delivering a world-class onboarding experience that sets the tone for Evolv culture, sales excellence and continual learning, supported by thoughtful learning paths, content, playbooks and materials to guide and assist
- Partnering with the Marketing, Revenue, Product, and People teams to develop programs, identify opportunities or gaps, and connect enablement findings and initiatives to in-the-field actions and outcomes
- Build, refine and deliver: tech stack tools, learning experiences, and events to develop winning habits, reinforce strategy, and drive performance
- In partnership with Revenue Operations, measure organizational effectiveness
- Develop assessment and skill-based strategies to build prescriptive and predictive learning paths for all salespeople
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
- Built and developed sales enablement programs to support SaaS sales organizations
- Built enablement programs for value-driven sales cycles targeting enterprise customers
- Implemented, trained and scaled sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger or TAS
- Managed programs and global teams of 5+ supporting multiple cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated a quantitative impact of programs, processes and tech-stack tools
