As a Sales Development Representative at Mendix, you’ll help the most recognizable organizations in the world realize their vision and overcome their challenges with a better way to build software. You’ll do this by building expertise in a handful of specific industries, establishing, and executing against strategic account plans in partnership with our account executives, solution architects, CSM’s and even partners, and conducting the outreach needed to establish multiple conversations across customer organizations.
Our best SDRs combine creativity and curiosity with a default-to-action mentality to cut through the noise, stand out from the crowd, and bring our prospective customers together with our account executives to discuss their biggest business opportunities and challenges.
As a Mendix Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Immerse – you’ll be counted on to immerse yourself in the business landscape of the industries you’ll sell into. Whether banking, insurance, manufacturing, SLED or other, Mendix customers tackle diverse and complex problems – and look for technology partners that understand them, and for solutions that fit their specific needs.
- Plan and Prioritize - your grasp of our prospects’ business landscape will fuel your ability to create and execute territory and account plans which maximize the results of your efforts.
- Engage – you’ll use your “default-to-action” mentality to establish and execute an outreach rhythm based on tailored messaging and live engagement over the phone.
- Bring People Together – your ability to establish both credibility and value will help us achieve the ultimate outcome we are seeking, which is meaningful conversations between our prospective customers and our Account Executives.
