Climacell’s Sales Team makes it possible for weather-sensitive industries like construction, aviation, energy, outdoor entertainment, autonomous cars, drones, and other forward-thinking businesses, to operate faster than the speed of weather. 

We’re looking for an Sales Development Representative to consistently deliver a quality sales pipeline aligned to ClimaCell’s GTM Strategy and the SDR’s closing reps territory plan, and make sure we are building the biggest weather platform in the world.

As a Sales Development Representative at ClimaCell, You’ll prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities through strategic outbound activity,  while collaborating with sales reps to schedule prospect, calls, meeting and demos. 
 

What you bring:

  • Ability to get comfortable being uncomfortable, working in a fast paced environment
  • Discipline in your daily routine 
  • Strong resolve, operating with strong work ethic , win or lose, day after day
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Organizational skills and discipline in using sales productivity and prospecting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly ethical; will always do what is right by the organization and customer
  • Goal-oriented and capable of driving hard at personal objectives while fitting within a team dynamic
  • Intellectually curious; someone who goes and finds the answers and doesn’t wait for them
