Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Renewals team. Your main responsibility will be assisting the Account Executives in handling all of the incoming requests via phone and email from our clients (small businesses) and outside sales partners.
In this role you will:
- Ensure communication with external sales partners and merchant clients is professional, timely, systematic and organized.
- Handle phone spill over and working directly with merchants to solve account questions on balances, statements and other items
- Maintain positive working relationships with our clients, partners and Account Executives.
- Ensure submissions and deals are efficiently moving through our approval and funding process.
- Various administrative duties and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Help team of Account Executive with incoming phone calls and emails.

Requirements:
- Six months to one year of professional experience in a comparable support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Top notch phone etiquette -- working with clients and outside partners on a daily basis.
- Ability to work under intense pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
