CA Veracode is looking to hire a Sales Campaign & Integration Manager to join our Sales Enablement organization. This job is focused on providing strategy and implementation for cross-functional and cross business unit Sales campaigns.  Among the most critical campaigns, this role oversees the partnership and synergy between the Veracode business unit sales and parent company CA Technologies sales. Additionally, the role sets strategy for and executes other campaigns aligning cross-fictional marketing, sales, product and services teams to lead campaigns for competitive displacement, international enablement and product and solution cross-selling.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help support CA Technologies charter to transform the IT industry.  You will responsible to:

  • Build and execute strategy for Veracode distribution and synergy campaigns through CA sales and GTM system of Account Directors
  • Work with Product Management/Marketing to identify and lead sales campaigns to help cross-sell Veracode products and services into existing install base
  • Build and execute competitive campaigns to help displace the competition
  • Enable and evangelize Veracode to broader CA sales team
  • Analyze sales data to identify business trends and opportunities
  • Analyze competitive landscape and prepare messaging and content to help sales organization compete
  • Support ROW sales and partner enablement activities
  • Identify and implement process and campaign improvements to improve sales of Veracode through CA 
  • Develop and Coordinate cross-functional activities that deliver integrated campaigns combining outbound, business development, content creation, sales activities and enablement
  • Set, monitor, and report on metrics and KPIs associated with campaign performance
  • Make recommendation on GTM integrations for active M&A integrations involving the Veracode business unit (Veracode into CA, SourceClear into Veracode)
  • Work with CA Product Marketing to identify cross-sell potential with other CA’s business unit offerings and create sales campaigns to drive those sales
  • Identify and drive the sales and BDR organization’s (through their respective leadership) to complete activities will drive pipeline or compliment marketing
