The Sales and Channel Enablement role is a key function. We’re looking for someone who can build a world class program that onboards and develops talent effectively as we scale. The Enablement role works cross-functionally across sales, channel, marketing, and technical teams. It focuses on both internal enablement and external channel enablement. Your mission will be to build the enablement programs, tools, and resources to make teams more effective. The right candidate will be able to blend high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop the strategy and program/curriculum for sales and channel enablement in collaboration with senior sales, channel, and cross-functional leadership
  • Deliver the training programs to sales and channel teams
  • Work directly with teams and managers to enable and train on various tracks - from new hire onboarding, to continuous education and product development, to value-based selling, and beyond
  • Create and maintain the training development roadmap
  • Identify and resolve knowledge gaps in training, and building strategy to close knowledge gaps as we scale
  • Develop, track, and manage success measurements to identify macro trends within the sales and channel organizations
  • Work closely with Go-to-Market operations team to build tools and metrics that focus on the right KPIs
  • Partner closely with the marketing and product marketing teams to identify and produce case studies, competitive intelligence resources, and more
  • Determine the best way to bring the Markforged enablement program across different countries and cultures
