Sales Activation Manager
Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF) is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Sales Activation Manager to support our Business Development efforts. You will pursue existing customer leads and generate new business opportunities in all Sales Channels for PFF. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will help design, implement and evaluate sales programs- while delivering on Quarterly and Yearly Sales goals. We are looking for someone with a dynamic sales background who is able to bring their creativity and sales focus to this critical role. Responsibilities
- Achieve Quarterly and Yearly Sell- Thru Targets
- Develop Cold Call leads strategy and achieve agreed upon call targets
- Support creation of Sales Tools and Programs- evaluate their effectiveness and modify as needed
- Model PFF Sales process and engagement approach- help design and create Virtual Sales Meeting format
- Collaborate with Marketing and Brand team to develop synchronized and consistent brand and product sales approach
- Leverage insights and data to drive results and continuous improvements
- Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company special projects to support critical focus areas for PFF
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven successful Sales Experience in a CE or Technology field
- Highly self-motivated and work with a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
- World Class verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time- including International Travel
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and MS Office
- Ideal candidates will have solid experience in the B2B Sales Channel
