The Role

As Akili’s Sales Executive, you will lead customer facing efforts with target healthcare providers, leading to a successful commercial launch of EndeavorRx.  If you are an intellectually curious, highly adaptable and motivated salesperson, this is a great opportunity to use your talents to challenge the status quo of medicine and make a meaningful impact on the lives of people around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and retain relationships with assigned target HCPs leading to awareness, trial, and advocacy for the brand experience 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to analyze, develop and grow territory business, achieving sales growth in territory and delivering strong sales results
  • Aid in executing on an innovative sales model, and continue to drive optimization in customer outreach 
  • Closely manage assigned territory, ensuring alignment with leadership on sales calls, and maximize allocated budget for customer facing expenses
  • Collaborate closely with marketing team to ensure education and resources are available to address HCP customer needs
  • Develop deep understanding of the disease state, our treatment, the marketplace and key competitors


Qualifications

  • Track record of success 5+ years in therapeutics sales, preferably with launch experience in a nascent market  
  • Demonstrated history of operating as a self-starter, strongly motivated by progress against business goals 
  • Ability to successfully navigate change, operate with level of ambiguity, and think outside the box to solve business challenges 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 
  • Experience operating under and strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to sale of therapeutic products 
  • Working knowledge of sales enablement platforms (e.g. salesforce.com, Veeva, etc.) 
  • Experience in virtual meeting interactions and platforms 
  • Management of budget and resources for customer facing activities 
  • Highly accountable mindset; ability to operate independently
  • Persistency in the face of adversity  
  • Ability to successfully navigate change, operate with level of ambiguity, and think outside the box to solve business challenges 
  • Intellectual curiosity; ability to confidently challenge the status quo
  • Strong persuasive communication skills and ability to influence without authority
