RFP & Sales Enablement Analyst
Arcadia is looking for am RFP & Sales Enablement Analyst to support our Sales Operations and Proposal Management team. This team leads the effort to improve the effectiveness of our Sales and Customer Success teams and accelerate the company's revenue growth. You'll be responsible for sourcing new Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid opportunities from prospective customers and supporting Arcadia’s RFP response process. This will include interacting with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts for content generation, managing and updating Arcadia’s content repository, and developing leadership reports on RFP-specific metrics. You'll also be responsible for working in close alignment with Marketing to ensure Arcadia is best positioned to win competitive bids in the marketplace.
As part of this role, the successful candidate will also work closely with the Growth Team Operations Director to identify ways to drive effectiveness and efficiency within our sales team. You will work to identify enablement topics and help to work collaboratively with other teams to help build and manage our enablement programs.
From answering RFP questions and juggling deadline-driven projects, to working with our internal subject matter experts to empower our sales team, our ideal candidate is someone who can balance many projects simultaneously while taking the lead in collaborative work to bring projects to life.
RFP MANAGEMENT
You must be able to:
· Manage the front-to-end Request for Proposal process, to include opportunity qualification, proposal planning and scoping, RFP creation, and all requests for clarification and post-submission follow up.
· Develop and edit proposals, bids, quotes, and other documents describing Arcadia’s products, solutions, and services in response to information requests from prospective clients.
· Collaborate effectively with members of our sales, marketing, finance, Legal, and product offering teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.
· Assist sellers in identifying information needed to develop winning proposals and competitive price quotations (may require occasional discussion directly with the prospect).
· Work closely with sellers and sales engineers to develop competitive price quotations to win new business.
· Conduct regular market research to source new RFP opportunities and surface these opportunities to the sales team.
· Maintain ownership of and work to optimize Arcadia’s online RFP response software and content database.
· Present compelling responses by effectively translating industry trends, current and emerging customer challenges, and changes in the market into market strategies, Arcadia differentiators, and product offerings.
· Manage multiple projects while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency in our messaging and pricing methodology.
SALES ENABLEMENT
You must be able to:
· Improve and maintain a holistic enablement program for the Arcadia Growth organization.
· Work at all levels within the Growth organization to support, coach, and enforce the knowledge and disciplines required to achieve our targets.
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional subject matter experts to design and deliver relevant enablement programs.
· Help lead and facilitate sales and account management onboarding activities.
· Work to continuously improve the Arcadia Sales Academy Certification program.
· Develop content and manage weekly Growth Team “Hot Topic” discussions.
REPORTING
You must be able to:
· Create and distribute monthly RFP reporting to leadership, highlighting trends, win/loss analysis, and other meaningful RFP-specific metrics.
PROCESS & TOOLS
You must be able to:
· Be an expert on RFPIO software.
· Be familiar with Salesforce.
· Be familiar with core sales processes and underlying methodology.
· Create and maintain documentation for RFP and pricing processes.
· Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement, increased efficiency and productivity.
QUALIFICATIONS
· BA/BS Degree
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a high-functioning sales organization.
· Experience in a Healthcare-focused vendor environment preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication, customer relation, organizational, technical, and project management skills.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specifically MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to learn other programs, as needed.
· Ability to analyze data, understand trends and generate recommendations for improvement.
· Experience designing, developing, and implementing policies and programs that drive improved sales performance.
· Able to independently plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and deadline-driven workload.
· Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can be applied to all levels of the organization.
· Familiar with the enterprise sales process preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Extreme attention to detail and an impeccable editing eye.
· Ability to effectively and clearly communicate to various stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, with professionalism.
· Must thrive on the excitement and challenge of being on a lean and busy team.
