We, at Flywire is looking for a bright, motivated, and hardworking Relationship Associate (RA) to work within an existing portfolio of Education Clients, as part of our Global Strategic Accounts, to build strong client relationships, drive revenue through marketing, training and integration of Flywire solutions. The RA reporting directly to the Director of Global Strategic Accounts, and with guidance from the Senior Relationship Manager for Global Strategic Accounts to execute strategies designed to increase payer growth, uncover new business, increase revenue, provide accurate issue resolution and assure clients and their payers have the best payment experience and support in the industry.
Drive Revenue by building relationships with operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximize growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services.
Serve as the main point of contact for daily client questions and payment troubleshooting with the aim to deliver superior customer service, resulting in long term client loyalty and satisfaction
Maintain strategic account plans for each client to maximize utilization, growth and revenue. Utilise internal project management tools and internal reporting to execute on key activities under the direction of the Key Account Manager and resolve any emerging issues
Become an established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio with relevant payment products and sector intel. Establish a two-way dialogue with clients so to capture their feedback so that we can drive continuous improvement within Flywire.
Facilitate and continuously drive internal conversations, enhancements and projects which aid in helping our strategic clients achieve their goals
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in Customer/Client support/success and/or Account management. Experience in Education, Payments, Banking & Finance, and/or Technology Platforms (Beneficial)
Strong Problem Solving and project management skills with attention to detail, time management and Analytical skills.
Familiar with Cloud Business applications including Salesforce, Slack, Google and Looker a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
A Self Starter with the ability to work alone, as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Takes initiative, willing to engage internally and externally.
BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing or similar (preferred)
