Regional Vice President of Sales, US Public Sector

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head up our US Public Sector Sales team. This role will lead a team of Account Directors across the US. These team members are ambassadors with a passion for succeeding in our cutting edge Cyber Security industry in their assigned region of Public Sector (State and Local Government) targets.
Your role on the team:
• Lead a team of Public Sector Sales Directors
• Support Public Sector Account Directors in opening new accounts; this includes partnering on prospecting strategies, meeting preparation efforts, and territory reviews
• Own, drive, and accurately forecast new sales opportunities as well as up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
• Define territory strategies, account lists, and quota expectations • Inspire, develop, and retain high-performing Public Sector Sales Directors
• Partner with key members of the Sales Ecosystem (Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and BDR team)
• Build and execute relationships and go-to-market strategies with key Cybereason Partners.
• Partner internally with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and Marketing to continuously improve our sales approach and win rate
• Work with sales leadership team to set the vision, strategy, and tone for your region
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years as a first tier leader of a high-performing Public Sector software sales team
• years as a top-performing individual contributor in a SaaS sales role
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining C-suite relationships
• Demonstrated experience consistently exceeding sales quotas and other key performance indicators
