Regional Sales Manager
Serve as a Regional point of contact for Piaggio Fast Forward (PFF) B2B leads and existing partners to maintain and grow incremental revenue through solution-selling of PFF products within those businesses. Proactively promote PFF products to new prospects, working within an assigned, geographical area. Coordinate all customer deals with appropriate PFF team members. Maintain and update all related CRM records to reflect accurate sales activity.
Responsibilities and End Results (these tasks include but are not limited to):
- Regional Sales Attainment
- Develop and execute regional sales plans in conjunction with the B2B
Channel Team- with the goal to exceed the territory Revenue, Gross margin targets and other key financial metrics - Generate and Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, in-bound traffic and trade shows as well as other methods to qualify and pursue
- new sales opportunities
- Establish partner relationships in the region in conjunction with the B2B channel team in order to gain new revenue opportunities
- Utilize CRM and other tools to properly provide accurate, up to date information with regard to customer, activities, marketing initiatives and sales
opportunities - Utilize rules of engagement process to direct appropriate Sales resource onto new customer opportunities (consumer facing leads etc...)
- Manage Time and Calendar effectively to ensure effective customer engagement and key metrics are met
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Sales
- At least 2 years of experience in prospecting and customer acquisition- with proven track record of Sales Goal Attainment
- B2B Sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Available to travel 50% annually
- This role can be located anywhere in the US
