We're busy, but we make time to eat lunch together or play ping pong to unwind. CSI is dynamic - from the challenging data problems we solve & our continuous stream of ideas, to the outings we bond at - its never dull!

Cindy

Customer Success Manager

What does your typical day look like?

It always starts with status calls from the offshore team. Then a round of tea. Some days its quiet focusing on the things in my queue, other days its brainstorming sessions to discuss the current tasks in the project. Of course there are breaks, such as when we have Birthday/Anniversary sweets. Each day is a learning experience and helps me grow.

Madhura

There are amazing opportunities at Cambridge Semantics for growth and advancement. I feel like my potential is being recognized and my manager pushes me outside of my comfort zone.
