Partner Sales Manager
LeanIX is searching for a Partner Sales Manager that will recruit, develop, and scale new consultancy and reseller partners in the Americas region. This person in this role will serve as a trusted advisor on matters relating to the LeanIX product offerings, have abundant industry knowledge and know how to leverage executive relationships.
No day is the same in building out a Channel/Partner Network and solution sales environment. The Partner Sales Manager will work across all disciplines including Product, Support, Sales Operations, Commercial and Enterprise Sales, all in an effort to assist our partners in providing our joint customers with the LeanIX solution.
The Partner Sales Manager will develop and execute a business plan designed to maximizing revenues in the territory and within partner accounts. This will include strategic planning and positioning of the product, facilitating product training to partners, and coordinating customer events and programs to effectively drive sales revenue through partners. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to succeed at start-up speed, able to articulate product and business strategies and have a proven track record of success in delivering results.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- The opportunity to meet and exceed all assigned revenue and booking targets as well as partner specific KPI’s
- Understand the product and service in order to effectively communicate its value and use cases to the partner community
- Develop and cultivate new and existing partnerships, evangelizing the LeanIX value proposition while simultaneously educating partners on company solutions and market focus, keeping them informed of changes and current trends in the industry
- Work cross-functionally to create customer base penetration plans as well and new customer focused initiatives to drive new revenue opportunities with our partners
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of success driving sales and promotions with consulting and reselling partners as well as recruiting new partners and expanding revenue in existing accounts, particularly with SaaS solutions
- A self-motivated individual who is willing to learn more
- Experience having operationalized a growing channel/partner program
- Successful track record of having developed and executed both an internal and external business plan designed to maximize revenues
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, leverage resources and communicate at technical and executive levels
