Why this job is important:
Bullhorn’s staffing software Partner Manager is a crucial and influential member of our Marketing team. Focusing on software partnerships to help staffing customers with sales and operations functions, the Partner Manager will establish and support strategic partnerships in specific categories to accelerate the growth of our business and enhance the incredible experience for Bullhorn users.
A typical day might include:
Collaborating with internal Sales, Marketing and Product teams to provide updated information on partner solutions within specific categories
Evaluating and screening potential partners, and helping to launch those partners within the Bullhorn ecosystem - including defining value propositions and quantifying benefits for both partners and Bullhorn
Supporting all aspects of partner relationships from program development through implementation, including content strategy, joint customer targeting, events, etc.
