Seeking QUALIFIED and EXPERIENCED (4+ years B2B HUNTER/COLD CALLER business development experience) sales candidates for great opportunity with growing private medical textile services company.

Client is seeking a dedicated and aggressive Outside Sales Representative in the MA and NH area that will have an immediate impact on growth. Sales representatives are assigned to an exclusive territory and will partner with a wide range of clients in the medical/healthcare sector. Customers range from clinics to surgery centers to hospitals.

This role is ONLY focused on new business. Signed accounts are serviced and managed by a separate team. Candidates should have plentiful cold calling experience.

Similar industries include: Linen service sales, Uniform service sales, Commercial laundry sales, Document management sales, Shredding service sales, Commercial pest control sales, Office supply/printer/copier sales, etc. If you have experience selling in any of these industries, we'd like to hear from you!

We are in search of highly motivated, seasoned hunters to expand our customer base throughout New England. This is not your typical sales position. Our current sales team has the lowest turnover by far within the industry. We specialize in hiring the right professionals and ensuring they have the highest probability to succeed. Our unprecedented success year in and year out is known nationally as best in class within our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives/quotas
  • Identify prospective customers/generate leads via cold-calling, trade shows and
  • networking
  • Maintain an active sales funnel (prospecting, cold calls, appointments)
  • Expand client’s already vast pipeline of National Account customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of quota-driven sales experience
  • Industry experience a plus but not required
  • Must exhibit superior prospecting, presentation and closing skills
  • Proven history of success in outside sales
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation and desire to succeed
  • Familiar with market (we need reps in and around Boston, Worcester, and the I-495 corridor from NH to RI)
  • Clean drivers license
  • Ability to work from home 1 day per week, and in the field the remainder of the week
  • Candidates should: be organized, possess excellent planning and follow-up skills, be outgoing, friendly, and positive, be able to multitask, have a passion for excellence, have a passion to lead teams to produce a high level of performance
