New Member Strategist
We are hiring a New Member Strategist in the Boston area. No previous professional matchmaking experience is necessary – however, a passion for connecting people, selling a luxury product or service, and a drive to succeed are vital.
As a TDR New Member Strategist, you will be responsible for:
-Representing the TDR brand as a networker, speaker, and matchmaking and dating expert
-Achieving and exceeding personal and team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
-Generating leads from TDR’s database, your personal and professional networks, at targeted events, and beyond
-Meeting potential clients to consult and sell TDR’s high-touch, personally tailored matchmaking experience
-Providing a seamless new member onboarding experience, including an enthusiastic transition to new member's matchmaker
-Attending TDR and community events to promote brand awareness and recruit professional singles into our pool as potential clients
-Collaborating across the TDR team to support TDR’s client-focused mission
You are:
-A highly motivated, solution-oriented, positive, ambitious, determined, and confident self-starting salesperson
-Successful at developing rapport with a wide variety of people, not intimidated by powerful or affluent individuals
-Experienced with consultative, personalized sales to high-end clientele
-Proven in your sales career, with a track record of success
-A good listener and perceptive about people, with strong intuitive skills
-Able to handle emotionally-driven conversations with tact and positivity
-Passionate and enthusiastic about matchmaking and networking
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Minimum Requirements:
-3+ years of full-time work experience; should include consultative sales experience and proven track record of exceeding sales goals with a professional or high-end product or service
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-At minimum, a bachelor's degree from a recognized university; Master’s, professional degrees, and PhDs preferred
-A passion for connecting people
Compensation:
-Commission (includes draw)
-$100K-$150K
-No equity
