National Account Manager

THE ROLE:
Be a key part of a geographically disperse team of client success and business development professionals with the mission to provide quality services and efficient processes to P&C insurance clients, thereby achieving mutual goals of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Strengthen B2B partnership by positioning the value of Agero’s solutions to key decision makers through a consultative sales approach.
- Create and deliver presentations include performance metrics, share product roadmap enhancements and status on key initiatives.
- Communicated and secured buy-in related to a digital-first strategy focusing on Mobile APIs.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients when it comes micro and macro inquiries about Agero’s service delivery
- Delivery effective and insightful data and reporting as needed
- Expand contacts and relationships into adjacent functional areas without your accounts
- Work extensively with Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Service Delivery related to roadmap development, GTM positioning, Request for Proposal Response and implementation prioritization
- Active engagement with Leadership and Finance on P&L performance and pricing activities to achieve objectives
- Conduct face to face meetings including presentations, webinars and product demonstrations
- Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, share insights, and continually identify revenue opportunities within with an entire organization
- Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue and cost saving opportunities
EXPERIENCE:
- Proven account management experience with experience in the P&C insurance industry
- Success in building and growing B2B partnership through consultative and solution-based selling
- Knowledge of sophisticated selling / renewal cycles
- Positioning SaaS/ Platform based solutions including mobile API (mobile app integration)
- Demonstrated team management responsibilities including P&L ownership
- Fact based decision making and problem solving
- Understanding of project management discipline
