MSSP Major Account Manager
MSSP Major Account Managers support our signed Elite MSSP partners on a national pre-sales level. The MSSP Major Account Manager is focused on driving revenue growth through Elite MSSP Partners and sales alignment with Cybereason sellers.
In this key role, you will support the growth of MSSPs and their successful adoption of Cybereason technology with a focus on broadening Cybereason investment among MSSP partners and driving vendor preference amongst these partners and those moving from MSP or VAR business models to a services-first orientation.
Key functions of the MSSP MAMs is organizational alignment, sales process, go-to-market and national strategy support. The MSSP MAMs goal is to ensure that both the Cybereason and MSSP sellers have the tools they need to be successful, mutually driving revenue together.
Responsibilities include:
Partner Launch
Executing a successful partnership launch by coordinating marketing events, defining sales motions, sales alignment, sales training, partner success alignment and go to market strategy.
Partner Maintenance
Conduct regular cadence calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, SKOs and coordinate roadmaps with the partner success team. Supporting sales alignment between Cybereason and MSSP sellers, collect MSSP point of sales information for field compensation.
Partner Growth
MSSP Partner development and revenue maximization. Identify specialized training, evaluation of bundled solutions, continual evaluation of the business and leadership alignment. Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record of successful Partner product and sales support
- Experience in managing partners and sell-through relationships
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge with SFDC, specifically pipeline management
- A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move projects to achieve strategic goals
- Minimum 2 years experience with an IT manufacturer with an emphasis on channel management
- Minimum 2 years selling enterprise security products
- Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
