We are looking for a Boston-area based Sales Manager to join Team Soofa as a long-line thinker and player/coach, excited to lead our AEs and BDRs while smashing your own goals. This is a great next step for an experienced seller who wants to get into a leadership role, or for a current sales leader looking for a bridge into a Director opportunity. This senior role requires a strong media sales record and must have Boston-area Agency relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and close new business for Soofa's placed-based OOH and DOOH advertising channel via agency and partner relationships
  • Coach and manage a growing team of AEs,BDRs, and CSMs
  • Influence and drive the strategy for the future of Soofa's media sales channel
  • Identify and build critical checkpoints and processes to enable increased retention and growth of our existing media customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Operations, Marketing, and Product to continuously iterate on and support sales enablement
  • Analyze competitive alternatives and brief executive team on market conditions and activity
  • Achieve against quarterly sales targets. Critically evaluate performance and track opportunities for best practices


Requirements
Qualifications

  • Existing agency relationships in OOH and DOOH, specifically in the Boston DMA
  • 5+ years' media sales experience
  • 3+ years' leadership experience
  • Successful track record of winning regional and national media RFPs
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
