The Company:

Hasty Parking is a technology company based in Boston, MA. We are a team of entrepreneurs who are committed to redefining the private parking market. The Hasty Parking mobile app accelerates the private parking process by connecting private parking Hosts and Guests via our fully-integrated platform. We've created a system that automates the private parking process enabling users to complete their transactions in minutes via our mobile apps - saving time and money for our Guests and enabling Hosts to maximize their parking assets by generating consistent & reliable revenue streams for each space they list.

The Position:

As we position ourselves for our upcoming launch in the Greater Boston Area, we’re looking to build our sales team with ambitious leaders who can identify an opportunity and close a deal. If you're outgoing, charismatic and self-starter who is able to set goals and EXCEED them - then we’re looking for you!

This is a part-time position - 20 hours a week to start, with the potential to blossom into full-time employment, based on performance. Scheduling will flex based on events happening within target locations & areas which we've identified as part of our early fall Launch. Hourly compensation will be commensurate with experience and will include a competitive commission payout.

This is an outstanding opportunity for natural Sales Leaders to earn significant income and get in on the ground floor!

The Location: 

GREATER BOSTON AREA - Hasty Parking will target specific locations and events for it’s upcoming Boston launch. Qualified candidates will need to have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Reps will travel to locations and events throughout the course of the launch.

Requirements:

  • Natural, charismatic leader with the ability to identify and create opportunities

  • Ability to engage and Influence Others –This position is for someone who thrives on meeting and exceeding targets by acquiring new users and influencing others
  • Savvy Communicator - With creative sales techniques and excellent verbal & communication
  • Customer Service Excellence -Successful candidates understand that excellence in customer service is an integral component of business success
  • Flexibility - Schedules will be based on target locations and events and could involve some evening and weekend work. Most hours will be regular daytime hours.
  • Reliable Transportation Required – Company will reimburse for travel expenses

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by signing up Hosts and Guests to the Hasty Parking app
    • Attend public events
    • Door-to-door customer engagement
    • College & University Campus student & faculty engagement
  • Increase brand recognition for Hasty Parking
    • Attend public events
    • Create & distribute promotional items and marketing materials
    • Social media posting and monitoring
  • Inventory management
    • Track Parking Space Marker assets delivered to Hasty Parking Hosts
  • Sales & Leads Tracking
    • Track sales and leads per company standard operating procedures

You:

  • Creative and ambitious self-starter with the ability to achieve quantifiable results.
  • Are a natural sales leader with an innate ability to engage with and influence others.
  • Are results driven with the ability to set realistic goals and achieve them.
  • Have a business, sales or marketing background and the real-life experience to make things happen.
  • Have a minimum 2-3 years experience working in a similar capacity with a track record of proven results.
  • Are familiar with Apps and generally familiar with Mobile Technology.
  • Strong communication skills, highly motivated and target driven.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.

The Details:

This is a part-time position which requires the flexibility to occasionally attend marketing events at night or on weekends. Position offers Salary plus Commission and the potential for Equity Participation.
