Manager, US Sales Enablement 

Position Summary

The key responsibility of the Manager, Sales Enablement is to develop, own and drive training and enablement-focused projects and programs for the global Sales team at Cybereason. Working with global teams, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the business goals, KPIs and key influences of the sales organization and then create strategic and innovative solutions to meet them. Central to this role will be working with internal and external stakeholders, so you will need to bring strong and relevant experience of developing and delivering projects and programs involving multiple inputs, and driving success for all involved parties.


 About the Role

  • Work with the global sales enablement team to identify and execute on key projects and programs to support our sellers success
  • Partner with key stakeholders and other cross functional teams to identify knowledge and skill gaps and roll out targeted programs to meet them
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry, technical and competitive landscape to ensure that we’re well positioned in what we’re offering to our Sales teams
  • Work with your stakeholders to refine and improve the Sales Onboarding program based on industry knowledge of onboarding, and to track the efficacy of the sales onboarding program by identifying gaps in knowledge and understanding
  • Virtual and in-person facilitation of the Sales Onboarding program and other training and development initiatives
  • Perform other duties as required


 Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), presentation skills with ability to effectively communicate with front line employees to senior level business leaders across the global organization
  • Excellent listener who is able to gather and act on feedback to constantly improve programs
  • Experienced in working across multiple geographic regions
  • Ability to understand the impact of decisions on other areas of the business
  • Strategic thinking, and the ability to turn vision into structured plans and actions
  • Previous experience of sales enablement programs and execution, including creation and delivery of sales training
