You will be a strategic partner to sales leadership, responsible for sales analytics and reporting to help drive success for the sales organization. You are energized by investigating, understanding, and executing opportunities to increase productivity and drive revenue growth. This role frequently partners with other functions in the business including marketing, underwriting, and analytics. The ideal candidate is able to develop efficient solutions to unique problems. 

In this role you will: 

• Analyze monthly sales operational results, understand key data points, identify trends and patterns in the data, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
• Assist with the creation and development of dashboards, reports, and new ways of thinking about ways that data can support sales efficacy and drive growth.
• Own daily/weekly/monthly/yearly operational reporting and executive dashboards.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to maintain and improve sales systems and the quality of the data in these programs.
• Provide analysis to senior sales management on utilization of sales incentives and quota to influence behaviors and drive sales performance.
• Make recommendations to company leadership on process or system improvements for the sales force, and own implementation of projects.
• Develop/design incentive sales compensation plans, and own monthly calculation of variable sales compensation.
• Update and enhance sales training materials, processes, and plans.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, consulting, sales support, or analytics domain.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the organization.
• You are a self-starter, confident, with strong attention to detail and an ability to apply your analytical mind to solving problems.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools.
• Experience with common analytics and/or sales software such as Salesforce.com or Tableau.
• Team player who has a positive attitude and can thrive in the fast paced world of sales.
