What you will do:

  • Working as the Manager of Sales Engineers you will be managing a team of Sales Engineers covering the a region of the United States and your role will be to manage, develop and grow the team in alignment with the company’s aggressive growth plans
  • You will be responsible for developing the strategy and ensuring that the team is adding value to sales situations
  • Your team are focused on providing pre-sales support and demo's to enterprise clients to articulate how the technology can add value

What you'll have:

  • You must have a strong track record working in Sales Engineering leadership positions
  • Managed large teams of Sales Engineers
  • Track record developing and growing Sales Engineering functions
  • Strategic mindset and strong commercial skills
  • Technology wise you will have experience in either Cloud technology, SaaS or Enterprise software
  • Ideally you will have experience working for a high growth technology start-up
  • Self-motivation, technical curiosity and an internal drive for success
  • A high level of comfort in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base
  • 10+ years total relevant enterprise SE experience in direct sales
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, and RFPs
  • An organized, analytical and professional approach and to be able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive tactics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
