The B2B Enterprise Sales organization is looking for an ambitious and exceptional candidate to lead our Global Meta Success team on our mission to provide best in class account management & service to our meta search clients throughout the campaign life cycle.. 

This role can be virtual or based out TripAdvisor’s Global HQ in Needham, MA or Tripavisor’s EMEA HQ in London.

Key Responsibilities/What you’ll do: 

Lead a global team of Meta Success Managers (MSMs) providing best in class account management & servicing to TripAdvisor’s 200+ Enterprise Hotel, OTA (Online Travel Agent), and Aggregator partners

Operational excellence & best in class customer service

Refine and enforce Meta Success Manager roles & responsibilities, ensuring each MSM is acting as an efficient member of the wider Enterprise Sales Account team

Evaluate client service tiers and ensure appropriate level of MSM service is provided to each account

Proactively identify & implement processes that minimize manual intervention and maximize team efficiency, scalability and automation of tasks without compromising quality

Work closely with the Operations team to continuously optimize processes, collaboration and R&Rs

Strategy & growth

Represent the Meta Success team externally with key clients & internally in meetings, projects & strategic initiatives as needed

Work closely with the Sales Managers in each region to align on Account Strategy for key clients – proactively identifying growth opportunities linked to Meta

Team management

Attract, hire, retain and build talent, manage team performance in alignment with the wider Enterprise Sales and Meta auction teams’ mission & objectives

Provide coaching, mentorship and support to team members through regular team meetings, 1-1s etc.

Stimulate team growth by creating a culture of empowerment, accountability, collaboration & best practice sharing

What we’re looking for:

7+ years experience from Account Management or similar client relationship/service management related role

  • Experience from working with Meta Search and a deep understanding of the Meta Search ecosystem
  • A strong sense of ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and with working in a fast paced, global & highly dynamic environment where products and processes evolve rapidly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders and motivate virtual teams
  • Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills, Experienced in Excel and with Salesforce
  • Ideally prior team management experience
  • Results oriented, organized, flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behavior, work methods & priorities accordingly
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree required
