Manager, Inside Sales
Carbon Black is hiring an Inside Sales Manager, to be based in Waltham, MA, who will be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching a team of quota carrying representatives to deliver a territory team number in the SMB segmentation for the Central and Southeast region. This is a career-changing opportunity, a pivotal role in driving our company’s expansion in the SMB with lots of visibility.
What you’ll do
- Exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
- Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual bookings numbers.
- Measure and deliver on KPIs.
- Recruit, mangae and develop a high caliber sales team.
- Work closely with counterparts in channel organization
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned region
- Drives team numbers through inspection and constant coaching.
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of building and managing inside sales teams
- B2B selling experience
- Experience selling software – SAAS experience a plus
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
